Our History

The company was founded under the name PT Adipura Artha Pratama in 2003 based on Deed no. 43 dated 18 December 2003 by Notary P Sutrisno A Tampubolon, SH, MKn, but not yet operate commercially. Then, in 2010, the name the company changed to PT Nirvana Development followed by the start of commercial business in 2011 by investing and expanding the business. Company acquired several existing companies in the property sector to expand the business portfolio. As a further step in the company's development, The company conducted an initial public offering of shares to public and officially listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2012. The share listing changed status The company becomes a public company. In 2018, the Company again changed its name to PT City Retail Developments. After making changes name, the Company actively carries out direct acquisitions or through Subsidiaries, purchasing assets, as well carry out commercial operations of shopping centers in several regions in Indonesia. Until now, the Company continues to do so construction and development of business units have owned.
