Serves as President Commissioner and concurrently as
Independent Commissioner since 2012 based on the Deed
Statement of Shareholder Decision No. 24th date
April 11, 2012. He was reappointed in 2022
based on Deed of Meeting Minutes No. 19 date
October 12, 2022 (2022-2027). He has too
declares its independence after being determined to be effective
take office in 2022 for a term of office up to
in 2027.
Obtained a Master of Town and Country Planning (MTCP) degree
from the University of Sydney Australia in 1981.
Starting a career as a Project Planner and Planning
Manager of PT Bumi Serpong Damai (1982-1990). Involved
in developing BSD City as an urban area
largest in the Jabodetabek area (1990-2000). Him too
held various positions in various companies as
Advisor, Board of Trustees, and Planning Director
(2000-2005). Apart from that, he has served as an Assistant
National Coordinator in Urban Development Strategy
National (UN DPUN CHS), Department of Public Works
(2005-2010). Currently, he also holds concurrent positions
as Chair of the Audit Committee at the Company (since 2012) and
Chairman of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee
(since 2022).

Obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University
Parahyangan in 1986 and Masters in Management
from PPM Management in 1988. Has
30 years of career experience in the retail business, namely as
Architect and Contractor PT Jati Wyria Guna (1986-1988),
Metro Supermarket Store Manager (1988-1990), General
Indonesian Macro Manager (1990-1995), General Manager
Pricemart Indonesia (1995-1998), Senior Store Manager
Carrefour Indonesia (1998-2004), SM Food Retail Consultant
Retail Manila, Philippines (2004-2013), and Consultant
Alfamart Philippines (2004-2017). Currently, he doesn't
has dual positions.

PT Vietmindo Energitama Committee (2004–2006),
Associate Director PT Giba Energy (2011–2012), and
Commissioner of PT Nirvana Development Tbk (2012-2015). Moment
Currently, he does not have dual positions.

and Managing Partners Law Firm Musa Sinambela &
Associates (since 2013) and Director of PT Hutamagreen
Property Indonesia (since 2016).
